Meet: Oyster butter with braised garlic and shallot.
A recipe so simple you can have it on the table in less than 10 minutes... and so nutritious your cells will dance.

Ingredients:

200 g raw grass-fed butter (if you can, always choose grass-fed)
-
1 shallot, finely chopped
-
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
-
Juice of ½ lemon
-
Sea salt to taste
-
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
-
1 tablespoon butter for stewing
(Natural ingredients. Natural power.)
Here is how to make it:
1. Stew shallot and garlic
Heat a little butter over low heat.
Let your shallot and garlic gently stew until they are translucent and wonderfully fragrant (about 5 minutes).
Then remove from the heat and let cool for a moment.
2. Prepare the butter
Let the butter soften at room temperature.
Open the Real Roots oyster capsules and mix the powder into the butter.
3. Combine everything
Add the stewed shallot, garlic, lemon juice, sea salt, and parsley.
Stir vigorously - or let your food processor do the hard work - until you have a creamy, smooth
butter you have.
4. Finishing
Shape into a nice roll with baking paper or scoop everything into a glass jar.
Let firm up in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
And then... just enjoy.
