Reflection period & Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you then have 16 days after cancellation to return your product. You will be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €6 per parcel; please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the trader with all supplied accessories and – if
reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.
