Reflection period & Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you can contact us at support@realroots.nl.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Once we have received the return shipment, you will be refunded the full order amount, including the standard shipping costs for the outbound shipment. The costs of returning the products to Real Roots are your responsibility.

Exclusion of the right of cancellation

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of cancellation does not apply to products whose seal has been broken after delivery.
