Reflection period & Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you then have 16 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the web store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €8.5 per package; please consult the website of your carrier for exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if
reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.
