Al zes jaar lang ziek door longcovid met veel spierpijnen. Ik heb letterlijk bijna alle merken geprobeerd. Maar bij deze zweer ik dat het zn werk doet, ik kan niet meer zonder zelf ik mijn kleine dochter krijgt ook een shotje ;)!

Heel erg blij met deze magnesium. Ik merk een duidelijk diepere slaap. De smaak is even anders dan anders, maar niet vies.

Heel blij met de vloeibare magnesium! Voor wat extra energie en een betere ontspanning. Smaak is even wennen in het begin maar verder goed te doen! Blij mee!

Je merkt echt het verschil in hoe je spieren voelen.
Zeker na het sporten de volgende dag voelen ze niet zo stram toen ik de magnesium had ingenomen.
Ook gebruik ik dat met bottenbouilon samen wat een goede boost geeft aan mijn lijf.
De smaak is alleen wel even wennen.
Fijne substantie om in te nemen, goed ook, dat je je eigen dosering nauwkeurig kunt bepalen. Het effect van dit supplement voegt geruisloos in, tot het moment dat je je realiseert hoeveel beter sommige aspecten in je leven verlopen. bewegen, slapen, humeur, meer animo.
Laat ik voorop stellen dat ik zeker geloof in jullie product !
Ik reageer echter zeer sterk op producten, en jammer genoeg dus ook op deze🙁.
Na heel wat soorten magnesium te hebben gebruikt wilde ik toch nog eens deze proberen.
Nam het voor vermoeidheid en hoofdpijn maar na een paar dagen ( 5ml. Per dag ) ging het al terug niet goed, dan overgestapt naar 2,5 ml.
Ik was ( opnieuw) de gehele dag misselijk en krijg braakneigingen.
Wanneer ik er dan mee stopt gaat alles weer goed.

Sinds een paar weken gebruik ik magnesiumdrank..het helpt mij goed om lekker te slapen..en sinds het gebruik geen last meer van kramp in de spieren.

Eindelijk een magnesium die echt doet wat het beloofd. Ik heb diverse magnesium bisglycinaat geprobeerd zonder enig effect. Deze vorm van realroots is fantastisch. Mijn slaapkwaliteit is verbeterd en mijn HRV-balans is nu super.

Het werkt voor ons thuis goed om voor het slapen 5ml magnesium in te nemen. Smaak heeft wat weg van pompoenpitten. Paar uur van te voren innemen dan slaap je als een roos. En nog belangrijker, je wordt uitgerust wakker.
Heel goed geen maaglast meer veel energie
Ik ben erg blij met deze Magnesium! Iedere avond om 8 uur neem ik 5 ml en om half 11 ga ik daar lekker ontspannen op slapen en heb ook nooit meer 's nachts kramp in mijn benen,want dan slaap je ook niet goed!
Sinds gebruik van deze vloeibare magnesium is mijn slaap aanzienlijk dieper. Ik nerm het een half uur voor het slapen gaan.Beetje een apart smaakje maar daar wen je aan.

Overal wordt je doodgegooid met magnesium. We hebben tekorten en krijgen te weinig binnen. Bijna elke winkel verkoopt met name alleen de synthetische variant maar elk lichaam werkt anders en elk merk beweert dat dit de beste magnesium is, nou nee! Ik heb na het innemen van deze magnesium nachtdienst gehad en daarna geslapen, als een blok! Merk ik iets? Ja zeker! Energie, minder spier stijfheid, slaap dieper en vooral rust in mijn lijf. De informatie hier is grandioos en ben ook super tevreden met 2 producten, vooral de magnesium! Op naar meer!

What is the difference between real magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium oxide with glycine?
Magnesium bisglycinate is generally better absorbed and gentler on the stomach than magnesium oxide with added glycine, making it a better choice for people who want to use magnesium for overall support of relaxation, sleep, and stress management. However, magnesium oxide with glycine (common on the market) can be more cost-effective due to the higher amount of elemental magnesium per unit weight, but often has fewer benefits for absorption and use in the body.

What is bisglycinate?
Magnesium bisglycinate is a chelate, which means that magnesium is bound to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. This chelate is well absorbed in the body because it easily passes through the intestinal wall without breaking down. As a result, it has a high bioavailability and is one of the most absorbable forms of magnesium.
Is it important to make a choice between the popular types of magnesium (taurate, citrate, or bisglycinate)?
Although the carrier can make some difference in absorption and tolerance, the ultimate effect of the magnesium ion in the body is the same. The main goal of any magnesium supplement is to provide sufficient magnesium. The 'carrier' is an absolute secondary matter in terms of benefits and, in our opinion, not relevant. That is currently just a 'hype', but totally unnecessary.
