Orders are processed Monday through Friday. All times are based on Central European Time (GMT+1).

Netherlands: orders placed before 23:59 = processed and shipped the same day

Belgium, Germany & other countries: orders placed before 20:00 = processed and shipped the same day

Orders placed after these times are processed the next business day

Delivery time

Netherlands & Belgium: delivered the next day (Tuesday through Saturday)

Germany: delivered within 1–2 business days

Denmark, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Spain and Sweden: delivered within 2–5 business days
