Delivery time and shipping costs

Orders placed before 9:00 PM are processed and sent the same day. Orders after this time are processed the next day. We process orders from Monday through Friday. All times are based on European time (GMT+1).

Delivery time:

• Netherlands & Belgium: ordered before 9:00 PM = delivered the next day (Tuesday through Saturday)
  
• Germany: ordered before 9:00 PM = delivery within 1–2 working days
  

Shipping costs:

• Free shipping from 75 euros for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany
  

Under 75 euros:

• Netherlands: 3.95 euros
• Belgium: 4.95 euros
• Germany: 5.95 euros
  

Delivery:

Shipping via DHL within the Netherlands and Germany, Belgium via Bpost - including Track & Trace.
