Is a product not to your satisfaction? We’re sorry to hear that. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products.

You can return a product up to 30 days after receipt. The conditions below apply to both opened and unopened products.

Important conditions

- Products can be returned up to 30 days after delivery.

- Opened products are eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee.

- To prevent misuse, we reasonably accept a maximum of 2 products per order as returns, including a maximum of 1 unit of the same product.

- Green Pasture Cod Liver Oil products are excluded from this arrangement. These products cannot be returned after opening.

- The arrangement for opened products applies exclusively to products from Real Roots.

How can I return my order?

Unopened products

Are the products still unopened? You can easily register your return via our returns portal:

Opened products

Would you like to return an opened product under our 30-day money-back guarantee? Please contact our customer service first via:

Opened products cannot be returned directly via the returns portal. Please contact us first at support@realroots.nl. Please include your order number and the reason for the return so that we can arrange the correct return process.

Please include:

- Your order number
- The product you want to return
- The reason for the return

We will then inform you about the further return process.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days to reconsider your purchase after receiving your order. During this period, you can register your return and send the product back.

What are the return costs?

We charge a contribution of approximately €6 for the Netherlands and Belgium for returning and processing a return shipment. This amount will be deducted from the purchase amount to be refunded.

What happens after I return my order?

Once we have received and processed your return shipment, you will automatically receive confirmation. Any refunds will then be processed using the same payment method used to place the order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and processed your return shipment, the amount owed will be refunded using the same payment method you used to pay. Any shipping and return costs, where applicable, will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. The refund will be issued no later than 7 days after the return has been processed.
