Is the product not to your liking? How unfortunate!
Of course, we want to resolve this quickly for you. You can return a product within 30 days after receipt. Our return service is available for products that meet the following conditions:

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the trader with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.

Products may be returned no later than 30 days after delivery. A money-back guarantee applies. Reasonably, we do not accept more than 3 products back and also not more than one of the same product.

With the exception of the Green Pasture Cod Liver Oil products. These cannot be returned after opening. Only Real Roots products can be returned after opening.

How can I return my order?

Contact support@realroots.nl. Please mention the order number and the reason for the return, so we can continue to improve our products & services. We will send you a shipping label which you can use for the return shipment.

How long do I have to return my order?

According to the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days of reflection time after receiving your package. Once you have registered the return, you have another 16 days to send your package back.

What are the costs for returning my order?

For returning and processing the packages, you pay about €6 for the Netherlands & Belgium. This will be deducted from the amount you get back from us.

What happens when I have returned my order?

You will be kept informed of the return process. We will send you a message when the return package arrives with us, when we process the package, and when you get your money back. Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will process it within 14 days at the latest.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product.
So handle the product with care and make sure it is well packed when returning.

How long does it take before I get my purchase amount back?

As soon as we have received your return package, you will get the purchase amount back within 14 days at the latest. We may wait with repayment until we have received the return or until you have shown that you have sent it back. The amount will be refunded to the payment method you chose.

How do I get in touch?

To make use of this right, you can contact us via support@realroots.nl. We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
