Warranty
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you in top condition. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is damaged during transport or something similar, which entitles you to our warranty.
By law, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing support@realroots.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
