Instructions for use
Preferably take the capsules before or with a meal. Start with 2 capsules per day for the first 3-5 days, then 3 capsules per day for the next 3-5 days, until you reach 4 to 6 capsules per day.
The capsules can all be taken with one meal, but they may also be spread out over the meals.
