Description

Instructions for use
Preferably take the capsules before/with the meal. Start with 2 capsules per day for the first 5 days, then 3 capsules per day for the next 5 days, until you reach 3 to 6 capsules per day.
The capsules can all be consumed with one meal, but they can also be divided over the meals.
