Our colostrum, also called biest, is the first milk that
a cow produces after the birth of her calf. Although colostrum remains present for several days, Real Roots only uses the milk from the first 24 hours.
This colostrum is naturally rich in essential amino acids and contains immunoglobulins, which naturally occur in colostrum. The colostrum comes from Dutch cows and is only collected after the calf
has drunk enough themselves.
What remains afterwards is carefully degreased and freeze-dried, so that the nutrients are preserved - without additives, pure nature.

Instructions for use
Take 2-5 grams per day or as prescribed by a doctor or therapist. To build tolerance, it is advised to start with 1 gram per day.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Mix the powder with e.g. (lukewarm) warm drinks (100ml 200ml).

The colostrum is collected within 24 hours after calving. The colostrum, like the colostrum capsules, comes from Dutch pasture-raised cattle.
What is the difference between the colostrum capsules and this colostrum powder?
The colostrum in our capsules is raw freeze-dried and is therefore a raw milk product.
The colostrum powder is heated and defatted, making it more stable and longer-lasting. As a result, the protein concentration is higher, but the normally present fats are removed.
